About Me

Hi! My name is Eliane (Ellie) Crespin, and I am a dedicated Brazilian-trained physiotherapist with extensive international and Canadian clinical experience. Since earning my degree in Physiotherapy in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1997, I have worked in a wide range of healthcare settings, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, private clinics, and community-based care. Prior to relocating to Canada, I practiced in both Brazil and Israel, gaining diverse clinical experience across different healthcare systems. After moving to Canada, I completed the Internationally Educated Physiotherapist Bridging Program and obtained my license with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

I have extensive experience and knowledge in neurological rehabilitation, with advanced training in NDT (Neuro-Developmental Treatment) and Bobath techniques, working with clients recovering from brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, and complex multi-trauma cases. In addition, I have extensive experience in the Motor Vehicle Collision (MVC) sector, providing in-home physiotherapy services to clients with complex injuries, ensuring they receive high-quality, personalized rehabilitation in the comfort of their own homes.

Beyond my work as a physiotherapist, I’m a proud wife and mom of two wonderful boys, two playful cats, and a growing collection of indoor plants that bring life to my home. When I’m not working, I love going to concerts with my husband, planning my next trip, solving puzzles, keeping active with workouts, and sampling different cuisines from around the world. I’m passionate about lifelong learning and truly enjoy supporting people on their rehabilitation journeys; helping them regain function, move with more confidence, and feel empowered along the way.
